Spelling- Next 10 words in spicy sentences
Writing-TIME LINE-this was explained in class (and in newsletter) but please have your child list in order 10-15 memorable moments in your child's life (that they could write about in detail). It couldn't be their day of birth because they wouldn't remember it from their own memory. Here was my example (just listed with a rough date in order).
1989-Stitches
1990-Broken Arm
1995-Throwing Up on my friend at an amusement park
1995-Walcamp
2003-Graduation from college
2004-First day of teaching
2005-Grandma Strege's Funeral
2008-Wedding Day
2009-Riding a Camel
2011-Getting tossed White Water Rafting
