First Day of School!!

We had a great day today!  We read three fantastic books: Woolbur, My Teacher is a Monster (no I am Not!), and Parker Picks. We then organized (a little), did some get to know you activities, went over a few things, and had PBIS stations to review the rules and expectations for the lunchroom and the playground. After lunch we started reading Because of Winn Dixie and colored our "Hangin' Out in Third Grade" t-shirts.  Then it was time for pictures, recess, packing up procedures and dismissal.  WHOA! The day FLEW by and the kids did a great job!  Stay tuned for pictures!
